To ensure fair pricing and customer satisfaction, we have devised a streamlined approach. Our subscription package customers are offered a reduced fee for these light call-outs, instead of the full call-out charge, plus an hourly fee traditionally charged by other service providers. At our company, we place the customer first, and our pricing model reflects that commitment.
Should you choose not to opt for our subscription package, we are happy to provide you with a competitive price for our maintenance services.
Please note that our subscription package requires a minimum commitment of 12 months, and it automatically renews at the beginning of each maintenance period. If you decide to cancel your subscription during a maintenance period, you will be charged for the remaining services that have already been carried out during that period.
