Yes. The system includes a free, secure mobile app (and desktop viewer) that lets you and your team watch live footage, playback recordings, and receive instant motion alerts from anywhere with an internet connection. We set up user permissions so only the right people have access.

All footage is encrypted end-to-end and stored locally on a secure NVR (or cloud if requested). The system meets full GDPR and ICO Surveillance Camera Code of Practice requirements. You control all access rights, and we apply strong passwords plus two-factor authentication as standard. No third party can view your footage without your permission.

We recommend a simple annual maintenance contract that covers 2 planned service visits per year (cleaning lenses, checking cabling, updating firmware, and full system health test). This keeps the system 100% reliable and compliant. We quote the exact monthly/annual cost after the site visit – most customers find it very affordable and far cheaper than emergency call-outs.

Installation time varies depending on the size and complexity of the site. Smaller systems are often completed in 1–2 days, while larger commercial projects can take several days or up to a couple of weeks.
