Yes. Some systems includes a secure mobile app and web portal so you or your team can arm/disarm the alarm, view real-time zone status, check event history, and receive instant push notifications from anywhere. We set up user permissions and provide full training during handover.
We install DualCom dual-path signalling (IP + cellular) for instant, reliable transmission to a 24/7 monitoring station (ARC) with police response where required. The system is installed to BS EN 50131 standards with confirmed alarm technology and remote reset options to minimise false alarms. We also give full user training and false-alarm reduction advice.
We recommend a simple annual maintenance contract with 2 planned service visits per year (battery checks, sensor testing, firmware updates, full system test). This keeps everything reliable and prevents costly breakdowns. We quote the exact monthly/annual cost after the site visit – most customers find it very affordable and far cheaper than emergency call-outs.
Installation time varies depending on the size and complexity of the site. Smaller systems are often completed in 1–2 days, while larger commercial projects can take several days or up to a couple of weeks. We always plan the work around your operations (phased installation where possible, out-of-hours working, weekends if needed) to minimise disruption and keep the site clean and tidy at all times. A detailed programme will be provided after the site survey.
Yes. Our intruder alarm systems are designed to integrate seamlessly with fire alarms (for emergency response and auto-set), CCTV, and access control. We carry out a free compatibility check during the site visit and confirm full integration before ordering any equipment.
